The quick summary
This review comes from an independent guide. We aren’t the casino, we don’t operate it and this isn’t its official site. Everything here is drawn from CasinoGuard’s public record of the casino, scanned on 5 November 2026, and from the operator’s General T&Cs and Bonus terms, version 1.12, dated 19 August 2026, as captured in that record. Money figures use the AUD amounts from the terms’ own currency tables wherever they exist.
LolaJack is a large, crypto-friendly online casino with thousands of pokies and table games, a welcome package over four deposits worth 400% up to A$22,500 plus 400 free spins, and a steady run of reloads and cashback offers. We score it 8.3 out of 10. The lobby and cashier lift the score; the missing operator and licence details, unpublished processing times and the low entry-level withdrawal ceilings lower it.
Before anything else, Australian readers should know the legal backdrop. Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, online casino services may not be offered to people in Australia, and ACMA works with internet providers to block sites that do. Our score describes the product; it isn’t a statement that the service is available to you lawfully. If you just want the bonus details, our promotions page lays all eight offers out side by side.
Who runs the casino, and the licence question

This is the thinnest part of the record, so it comes first. CasinoGuard lists the operator, licence owner, representative and payment processor as not disclosed. Put simply, at the time of the scan the casino’s pages didn’t name the company behind it, or a licence, in a way that could be checked. We haven’t papered over that with guesses, and you should be sceptical of any site that does.
You can do your own checks in a few minutes:
- Scroll to the bottom of the casino’s site and look for a licence seal; a real one normally links to a validation page.
- Go to the regulator’s public register yourself, rather than via the casino’s link, and search for the domain or company name.
- Read the “About” or definitions clause near the top of the T&Cs, where the legal entity is usually named.
- If something doesn’t add up, email [email protected] and keep the reply.
In the casino’s favour, the terms are versioned and dated, so you can show exactly which rules applied when you joined. That earns some credit, which is why transparency scores 7.7 rather than lower. Our licence and legal page covers the checks, and the Australian position, in more depth.
Why does it matter? A named operator and a verifiable licence tell you who is legally on the hook for your balance, which rules govern a dispute and where to escalate if support doesn’t help. Without them, you are relying on the written terms, your own records and the casino’s willingness to honour both. In Australia the gap is wider still: because no Australian regulator licenses online casinos, there is no local complaints body and no BetStop coverage for a site like this. That is the main reason the review doesn’t score higher.
Pokies, tables and studios
The lobby is where the casino scores best. CasinoGuard has no Australia-specific scan, so this edition uses the global record: 5,995 games from 61 studios. Some country records are much larger — 8,572 games in the GB record, 9,816 in the Netherlands, 10,574 in Canada, 12,772 in Italy, 13,321 in Poland and 15,317 from 142 studios in Finland. Availability depends on location, so read those bigger numbers as what the lobby can grow to, not what you are promised.
The deepest catalogues in the global record:
| Studio | Games in global record |
|---|---|
| Spinomenal | 816 |
| Foxi | 542 |
| Yggdrasil | 515 |
| Amusnet | 392 |
| Tada Gaming | 269 |
| BGaming | 260 |
| Flatdog | 253 |
| Amatic | 240 |
| Oryx | 217 |
| EGT Digital | 188 |
Pokies seen on the lobby tiles include Book of Ra, Sugar Rush 1000, Sweet Bonanza 2500, Big Bass Splash, Le Zeus and Fortune of Olympus. The live section of the global record runs on SA Gaming and Lucky Streak, with tiles like Funky Time, Mega Roulette, Speed Baccarat and Sweet Bonanza CandyLand; other country records add VivoGaming and BetGamesTV.
We haven’t audited return-to-player rates and we don’t quote any. Open the info panel inside each game to see its stated RTP before you play.
In a library this size, finding your way around matters more than the headline count. Filtering by studio is the fastest way to trim the lobby down, especially if you already have favourites. The mix is mostly video pokies from mid-sized studios, with classic fruit-machine styles from Amusnet, Amatic and EGT Digital next to newer releases. If you’re after one particular big-name title, search for it first, as country lobbies vary widely in which studios are switched on.
The welcome package, step by step

The headline offer is 400% up to A$22,500 plus 400 free spins, split across the first four deposits, with a minimum of A$30 per step.
| Deposit | Match | Maximum bonus | Free spins |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 100% | A$3,000 | 150 |
| 2nd | 100% | A$4,500 | 50 |
| 3rd | 50% | A$9,000 | 50 |
| 4th | 150% | A$6,000 | 150 |
The rules that matter:
- Wagering is 20x deposit plus bonus, inside 10 days. Deposit A$150, get A$150 bonus, and you need A$6,000 of play.
- Free-spin winnings are wagered 40x.
- Bets are capped at A$150 while a bonus is active.
- You can cash out no more than 10x the bonus amount.
- Skrill and Neteller deposits don’t qualify.
- Claim the bonus before you bet with the deposit; only one bonus can run at a time; asking for a withdrawal cancels an active bonus.
There is a crypto version too: 400% up to 20,000 USDT plus 400 free spins, with at least 100 USDT per step and the same 20x deposit-plus-bonus rule. For smaller deposits the 20x is workable; at the third and fourth steps, the 10-day clock becomes the real hurdle.
Reloads, cashback and the VIP ladder
After the welcome package, the terms list six recurring offers. The Weekly Reload pays 70 free spins on the week’s first deposit from Monday to Thursday (UTC), with a A$30 minimum and opt-in required. The Weekend Reload matches 50% up to A$750 from Friday to Sunday, adds the 70 free spins only from A$75, and carries 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus. Crypto players get a 60% mid-week reload up to 1,000 USDT and a 75% weekend reload up to 750 USDT plus 100 free spins, both at 30x the bonus.
Cashback is the most player-friendly part of the set, with one big condition:
- Live Cashback refunds 25% of weekly net live-casino losses, up to A$300, at 1x wagering.
- Daily Cashback begins at 1% at level 11 and climbs to 15% at level 25, capped at €250 a day (the daily ladder is only published in EUR), also at 1x.
- Both are limited to VIP levels 11 to 25, both need opt-in, and each credit must be activated in “My Bonuses” before it counts.
The VIP programme has five tiers — Ember, Frost, Glacier, Blaze and Supreme. Cashback starts at Glacier (level 11), so newcomers won’t see it for a while. The record doesn’t say how many points each level takes, so think of the ladder as a long-haul feature rather than something you’ll reach in the first few weeks.
One practical tip on reloads: every one needs opt-in, and the weekly and weekend versions apply only to the first qualifying deposit of that period. Deposit first and opt in later, and the terms suggest you could miss that week’s offer. Weekly Reload spins are played on a popular pokie the casino picks, at minimum stake, must be used within 7 days, and their winnings carry 40x wagering with a cash-out cap of A$75 or A$150 depending on how many spins you receive.
Banking and withdrawal limits

The global cashier snapshot lists 17 deposit and 18 withdrawal methods. CasinoGuard recorded it in EUR, so these limits are in euros: card deposits from €10 to €2,000, Bitcoin from €30 to €5,000 and other crypto from €10 to €5,000; withdrawals by bank transfer from €10 to €5,000, card from €10 to €3,000, Bitcoin from €60 to €5,000 and other crypto from €20 to €5,000. Coins supported include ETH, LTC, BCH, BNB, ADA, DOGE, XRP, SOL, TRX, USDC and USDT on several networks.
Accounts can be held in 11 fiat currencies — AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, EUR, HUF, NOK, NZD, PLN, SGD and USD — so an Australian balance can stay in dollars. Some country cashiers add extra methods: Finland and Italy show Revolut, Skrill (listed as SKRL), Neteller (listed as NTLR) and paysafecard (listed as PSCRD), while Canada adds Interac®. There is no Australia-specific snapshot, so we can’t confirm local methods such as PayID.
Withdrawal ceilings follow your VIP tier (AUD figures from the terms’ currency table):
| Tier | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Ember | A$750 | A$7,500 |
| Frost | A$750 | A$7,500 |
| Glacier | A$1,500 | A$15,000 |
| Blaze | A$2,250 | A$22,500 |
| Supreme | A$3,000 | A$30,000 |
Processing times are not published, so we don’t quote any. Expect identity checks before the first payout, and plan bigger withdrawals around the daily ceiling: a A$3,000 win at Ember would take at least four days to come out in full at A$750 a day.
A last reminder from the bonus terms: Skrill and Neteller deposits don’t count towards the welcome package or the crypto reloads. If you want the bonus, choose a qualifying method before depositing — you can’t change it afterwards.
Access, mirrors, ACMA blocks and mobile
The main domain is lolajack.com, and CasinoGuard confirmed three numbered mirrors: lj53--lolajack.com, lj98--lolajack.com and ll92--lolajack.com. On 5 November 2026, from the rest-of-world, UK and Netherlands vantage points, the desktop site returned a 403 geo-block while mobile visitors were redirected to a numbered mirror. Desktop opened normally from Canada and Finland, and visitors from Italy and Poland were sent straight to a mirror. There was no separate Australian check.
In Australia, ACMA can direct internet service providers to block offshore gambling domains that breach the Interactive Gambling Act, so a domain may stop loading altogether. Mirror addresses are a common response to blocks, and copycat phishing sites exploit exactly that. A block or geo-block is a clear signal that the casino isn’t permitted to serve players where you are — don’t try to get around it with a VPN. Our troubleshooting guide covers the usual access and login problems.
Support, languages and the terms

The terms list two support channels: Live Chat and email at [email protected]. There’s no phone number. For anything involving money, a bonus dispute or verification, use email so you have a written trail.
The site is translated into 17 languages: Czech, Greek, English, Spanish, Finnish, French, Croatian, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Slovak, Slovenian and Chinese.
Both the General T&Cs and the Bonus terms are marked version 1.12 and dated 19 August 2026. That’s good practice — it lets you prove which rules were in force if there’s a dispute later — so save a copy of the version you accept. Our bonus terms page puts the key clauses into plain English.
How the score was built
Every category is scored out of ten from documented evidence only. We made no real-money deposits, and we don’t score anything the record can’t show, such as payout speed.
| Category | Score | Main reason |
|---|---|---|
| Games & studios | 9.0 | 5,995 games from 61 studios globally |
| Bonuses | 8.4 | Big welcome; 20x on deposit + bonus in 10 days |
| Payments | 8.5 | Wide crypto range, 11 fiat currencies; no published times |
| Support | 7.9 | Live Chat and email only |
| Transparency & licence | 7.7 | Dated terms; operator and licence not disclosed |
The overall 8.3 is the average of the five; the Australian legal position sits outside the score and should be weighed on its own. Gambling is for adults 18 and over. If it stops being fun, Gambling Help Online (1800 858 858) and Gambling Therapy offer free, confidential support around the clock.
