The site is blocked, won’t load or shows 403
When CasinoGuard checked access on 5 November 2026, the desktop site returned 403 “geo-blocked” from the global rest-of-world, UK and Netherlands vantage points, while mobile visitors from the same places were redirected to a numbered mirror. Desktop opened from Canada and Finland, and redirected to a mirror from Italy and Poland. There was no separate check from Australia.
Australians can hit a second kind of block. Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, online casino services may not be offered to people in Australia, and ACMA directs internet service providers to block offshore casino domains. A domain that fails to resolve or shows a block notice may be one of them. Neither a 403 nor an ACMA block is a fault on your device: both mean the site isn’t permitted to serve you where you are. We don’t recommend a VPN or proxy — it can breach the terms and lead to a closed account and withheld winnings. The bonus didn’t show up
The bonus terms (v1.12) set a handful of preconditions for the welcome offers, and missing any one means no bonus. Go through them in order:
- Timing. The bonus has to be claimed before you place any bet with the deposit.
- Minimum. Each welcome step needs at least A$30, and you need A$75 to add the 70 free spins to the weekend reload.
- One at a time. Only one bonus can be active; a second won’t stack.
- Opt-in. Reloads require opting in before you deposit.
- Method. Skrill and Neteller deposits don’t qualify (see below).

A Skrill or Neteller deposit didn’t trigger the bonus
There’s no way around this one. The terms exclude Skrill and Neteller deposits from the welcome package and the crypto reloads. Where those wallets appear in a cashier — Canada (listed as SKRL and NTLR), Finland and Italy — they work for normal deposits but not bonus deposits. Support is unlikely to add a bonus after the fact. For your next qualifying deposit, pick a card or crypto instead.
Cashback never appeared
Both cashback schemes are limited to VIP levels 11 to 25 — the Glacier, Blaze and Supreme tiers. Ember and Frost players get no cashback at all. If you’re level 11 or above, check two things:
- Opt-in. Both schemes need it, and the daily cashback opt-in lapses every four weeks.
- Activation. Cashback lands in “My Bonuses” and has to be activated before you can use it, then wagered 1x.
Live cashback is 25% of net Live Casino losses, Monday to Sunday (UTC), capped at A$300 at Supreme (€100 and €150 at the lower tiers in the EUR table). Daily cashback is credited at 04:00 UTC — mid-afternoon on the east coast — and covers casino games only. Details are on our promotions page.
A withdrawal hit the limit
Withdrawal ceilings depend on your VIP tier, not the payment method (AUD figures from the terms’ currency table):

A bigger balance is paid in instalments. Method limits apply as well: in the global snapshot, recorded in EUR, card withdrawals run €10–3,000 and Bitcoin €60–5,000. Remember that requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active cancels that bonus. Processing times aren’t published, so ask support for an estimate in writing.
Identity checks (KYC) are slow
The record doesn’t describe the casino’s verification process or timings, so we can’t say how long it ought to take. What usually helps:
- Upload sharp, uncropped colour images with all four corners in view.
- Make sure your name, address and date of birth match the account exactly.
- Use current documents — a driver licence or passport that hasn’t expired.
- Ask support which item is outstanding rather than resending the lot.
Keep a written record of every upload and reply.
Bonus wagering isn’t moving
If your wagering progress looks frozen, check what you’re playing and how much you’re staking. The crypto reloads count casino games only, not live casino. A bet above the A$150 limit while a bonus is active can cause trouble for the bonus itself, so keep stakes comfortably below it. Free-spin winnings have their own 40x wagering and are tracked separately from the deposit bonus.
