This page explains the casino’s General and Bonus terms, version 1.12, updated August 19, 2026, as captured in CasinoGuard’s record of November 5, 2026. The CAD amounts below come from the terms’ own currency table, not from any conversion of ours. A version number and a date are handy: in a dispute you can quote the exact text that applied when you played. Terms change, so check the version on the casino’s site before claiming anything. This is a plain-English reading, not legal advice, and the casino’s own wording takes precedence.
20x on deposit plus bonus, within 10 days
The welcome package and its crypto twin carry 20x wagering on the deposit plus the bonus, to be finished within 10 days. That base matters more than the multiplier itself.

On the third step, a C$100 bonus needs C$6,000 of bets — 60 times the bonus. Other offers work differently: the weekend reload is 35x deposit plus bonus, and the crypto reloads are 30x the bonus only. Compare these with market norms on our comparison page.
The C$150 maximum bet
While any bonus is active, a single bet must not exceed C$150 (114 USDT on the crypto welcome). The rule stops players clearing wagering with a handful of huge stakes. It covers every spin and every hand until wagering is done or the bonus is gone. The safest habit is to set your stake well below the limit and leave it alone, because one accidental high bet can be enough for the casino to question bonus winnings.
Cash-out capped at 10x the bonus
Winnings from a bonus are capped at ten times the bonus amount. A C$100 bonus can produce at most C$1,000 of withdrawable winnings from that bonus, whatever the balance says. Most players never reach the cap, but on a big win it counts, and it sits on top of your tier’s withdrawal limit of C$750 a day at Ember and Frost.
Free-spin winnings at 40x
The welcome package adds up to 400 free spins over four deposits, and the reloads add more. Winnings from those spins are not cash: they are credited as bonus funds with 40x wagering. Spins from the weekly reload must be used within 7 days, and their winnings are capped at C$75 (up to 50 spins) or C$150 (more than 50 spins). The spins run on a slot chosen by the casino, at minimum stake.
Skrill and Neteller deposits don’t qualify
The terms exclude Skrill and Neteller from the welcome package and the crypto reload bonuses. This clause matters more in Canada than in many markets, because both wallets appear in the Canadian cashier (as SKRL and NTLR). They are fine for everyday play, but if you want a bonus, fund that deposit with Interac®, a card or crypto. A bonus missed this way is unlikely to be added later.
One bonus at a time, and withdrawals void it
- Claim first. A bonus must be claimed before any bet is placed with the deposit.
- One at a time. You cannot hold two active bonuses; the next waits until the first is finished or forfeited.
- A withdrawal cancels it. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active voids that bonus and its winnings.
- Opt in to reloads. Weekly, weekend and crypto reloads need you to opt in before depositing.

How the clauses interact
The clauses rarely work in isolation. Take a C$100 first deposit with a C$100 bonus. You need to bet C$4,000 within 10 days, never more than C$150 a spin, on eligible games. If you finish with C$1,500 from the bonus, the 10x cap limits what you can withdraw from it to C$1,000. At Ember, even that C$1,000 leaves at no more than C$750 a day. Request a withdrawal halfway through and the bonus is voided instead.
Seen this way, the offer is neither a trap nor free money. It is a set of rules that reward patient, low-stake play and punish impatience. If that is not how you play, declining the bonus keeps your deposit free of all six clauses.
Before you claim
Work out the turnover in dollars, check you can reach it within 10 days at stakes under C$150, and decide beforehand whether you would rather play without a bonus.
