Access: open from Canada, blocked in some other countries
When CasinoGuard tested access on November 5, 2026, the desktop site loaded normally from Canada. From the global rest-of-world, UK and Netherlands vantage points it answered 403 “geo-blocked”, with mobile visitors redirected to a numbered mirror, and from Italy and Poland it redirected to a mirror.
So if you see a 403 while travelling, it is not a fault on your device — the casino is not accepting visitors from that country. We do not recommend a VPN or proxy to get round it: that can breach the terms and lead to a closed account and withheld winnings. If the site will not load from home in Canada, clear your cache, try another browser and check the address against the confirmed list in our login guide.
The bonus never arrived
The bonus terms (v1.12) attach a few conditions to the welcome offers. Miss one and there is no bonus. Run through them in order:
- Timing. The bonus has to be claimed before any bet is placed with the deposit.
- Minimum. Each welcome step needs at least C$30. The 70 free spins on the weekend reload need C$75.
- One at a time. Only one bonus can be active; a second will not stack.
- Opt-in. Reloads require you to opt in before you deposit.
- Method. Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify (see below).

A Skrill or Neteller deposit didn’t trigger the bonus
There is no workaround for this one. The terms exclude Skrill and Neteller deposits from the welcome package and the crypto reloads. In Canada both wallets appear in the cashier (listed as SKRL and NTLR, C$20–C$7,800), and they work fine for ordinary deposits — just not for bonus deposits. Support is unlikely to add a bonus after the fact. For your next qualifying deposit, use Interac®, a card or crypto, none of which is on the exclusion list.
Cashback didn’t show up
Both cashback schemes are limited to VIP levels 11 to 25 — the Glacier, Blaze and Supreme tiers. Ember and Frost players get no cashback at all. If you are at level 11 or above, check two things:
- Opt-in. Both schemes require it; the daily cashback opt-in renews every four weeks.
- Activation. Cashback lands in “My Bonuses” and has to be activated before it can be used, then wagered 1x.
Live cashback is 25% of net Live Casino losses from Monday to Sunday (UTC), with a cap that rises by tier to C$300 at Supreme. Daily cashback is credited at 04:00 UTC and covers casino games only. Details are on our promotions page.
A withdrawal hit the limit
Withdrawal limits follow your VIP tier, not the method you use:

Larger balances are paid in instalments. Method limits apply as well: in the Canadian snapshot, Interac® withdrawals run C$10–C$3,000, Skrill and bank transfer C$20–C$7,800 and Bitcoin C$90–C$10,000. Keep in mind that requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active cancels that bonus. Processing times are not published, so ask support for an estimate in writing.
Identity checks (KYC) are slow
The record does not describe the casino’s verification process or its timings, so we cannot say how long it should take. What usually helps:
- Upload clear, uncropped colour images with all four corners visible.
- Make sure your name, address and date of birth match the account exactly.
- Use current documents — a valid driver’s licence or passport, and a recent utility bill or bank statement.
- Ask support which item is outstanding instead of resending everything.
Keep a written record of each upload and each reply.
Bonus wagering isn’t moving
If your wagering progress looks stuck, check which games you are playing and how much you stake. The crypto reloads count casino games only, not live casino. A bet above the C$150 maximum while a bonus is active can cause problems with the bonus itself, so keep stakes comfortably below it. Free-spin winnings carry their own 40x wagering and are tracked separately from the deposit bonus. And the welcome and weekend wagering windows are 10 days: once they pass, an unfinished bonus can expire. The terms page sets out each rule with worked examples.
