The key bonus terms, explained in plain English

Six clauses from the casino’s General and Bonus terms, version 1.12 of 19 August 2026, decide most bonus outcomes. Here is what each one says, what it means at the table — and how it compares with UK rules.

Terms explained

Six clauses that matter most

Each card gives the rule as written and its practical effect. The full walk-through follows below.

01

20x deposit + bonus in 10 days

Bet twenty times the combined deposit and bonus within 10 days. A €100 deposit with a €100 bonus needs €4,000 of bets — a UK-licensed site could ask €1,000 at most.

02

Max bet €100

While a bonus is active, no single bet may exceed €100. Breaking this can put bonus winnings at risk. UK-licensed slots cap stakes at £5 (£2 for 18–24s).

03

Cash-out capped at 10x the bonus

Whatever is won with bonus funds, the most that can be withdrawn from it is ten times the bonus amount.

04

Free-spin winnings at 40x

Winnings from free spins become bonus money with their own 40x wagering before they can be withdrawn.

05

Skrill and Neteller excluded

Deposits made with these wallets do not qualify for the welcome package or the crypto reload bonuses.

06

One bonus; withdrawal voids it

Only one bonus can be active at once, and requesting a withdrawal before wagering is complete cancels the bonus.

Read the terms, then decide

These rules sit outside UK regulation. Declining a bonus is always a sound choice — and for UK readers, a UKGC-licensed site keeps the 10x cap and GAMSTOP on your side.

Which terms we are explaining

This page covers the casino’s General and Bonus terms, version 1.12, updated 19 August 2026, as captured in CasinoGuard’s record of 5 November 2026. A version number and a date are useful: if a dispute arises, you can quote the exact text in force at the time. Terms can change, so check the version shown on the casino’s site. This is a plain-English reading, not legal advice, and the casino’s own wording prevails.

The casino is not shown as licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, so these terms are not bound by UK rules. Where it helps, we set each clause against what a UKGC-licensed site must do. Amounts are in EUR: GBP is not an account currency.

20x on deposit plus bonus, within 10 days

20x on deposit plus bonus, within 10 days

The welcome package carries 20x wagering on the deposit plus the bonus, to be completed within 10 days. That base matters more than the multiplier. Since 19 January 2026, UKGC-licensed sites may not set bonus wagering above 10x.

3rd: 50%€200€100€6,000
4th: 150%€100€150€5,000

On the third step, a €100 bonus needs €6,000 of bets, or 60 times the bonus — six times the UK ceiling. Other offers differ: the weekend reload is 35x deposit plus bonus, and the crypto reloads (not relevant for UK players) are 30x the bonus. Compare these with UK norms on our comparison page.

The €100 maximum bet

While any bonus is active, a single bet must not exceed €100. The rule stops players clearing wagering with a few very large stakes, and it applies to every spin and every hand until wagering is complete or the bonus is gone. For context, UK-licensed online slots cap stakes at £5 per spin for adults aged 25 and over and £2 for 18–24-year-olds — far below what this casino permits. The safest habit is to set a small stake and leave it there, because a single accidental high bet can be enough for the casino to question bonus winnings.

Maximum cash-out of 10x the bonus

Maximum cash-out of 10x the bonus

Winnings from a bonus are capped at ten times the bonus amount. A €100 bonus can turn into at most €1,000 of withdrawable winnings from that bonus, whatever the balance shows. On a big win it matters, and it applies on top of the tier withdrawal limit of €500 per day at Ember and Frost.

Free-spin winnings at 40x

The welcome package adds up to 400 free spins across four deposits, and reloads add more. Winnings from those spins are not cash. They are credited as bonus funds with 40x wagering — four times the UK cap. Spins from the weekly reload must be used within 7 days, and their winnings are capped at €50 (up to 50 spins) or €100 (more than 50 spins). Spins are played on a slot chosen by the casino, at the minimum stake.

Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify

The terms exclude Skrill and Neteller from the welcome package and the crypto reload bonuses. In the cashiers CasinoGuard saw, these wallets appear in Canada (as SKRL and NTLR) and in Finland and Italy; there is no UK cashier snapshot. A bonus missed this way is unlikely to be added afterwards. Note that UKGC-licensed sites may not accept credit cards or crypto at all, so neither is an option we describe for UK readers.

One bonus at a time, and withdrawals void it

  • Claim first. A bonus must be claimed before any bet is placed with the deposit.
  • One at a time. Two bonuses cannot be active together; the next one waits until the first is finished or forfeited.
  • Withdrawal cancels. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active voids that bonus and its winnings.
  • Opt-in for reloads. Weekly and weekend reloads need opt-in before depositing.

How the clauses work together

The clauses rarely act alone. Take a €100 first deposit with a €100 bonus. You must bet €4,000 within 10 days, never more than €100 a spin, on eligible games. If you finish with €1,500 from the bonus, the 10x cap limits what is withdrawable from it to €1,000. In the Ember tier, that €1,000 still leaves at no more than €500 a day. Request a withdrawal halfway through and the bonus is voided instead.

Under UK rules the same bonus could require no more than €1,000 of wagering, stakes would be capped far lower, and GAMSTOP and UK dispute resolution would apply. Read like this, the offer is neither a trap nor free money — but it is not a UK-regulated offer, and declining the bonus keeps any deposit free of all six clauses.

Before you go further

Work out the turnover, compare it with the 10x cap UK-licensed sites must respect, and remember that the casino is not shown as UKGC-licensed and blocks UK desktop visitors. Never use a VPN to get round that block. Every offer is listed on the promotions page. If you visit the casino, you must be 18 or over.

FAQ

Questions UK readers ask

What does 20x deposit plus bonus mean in money?

Add the deposit and the bonus together, then multiply by 20. That is the total amount to bet before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For a €100 deposit with a 100% match, that is €200 × 20, or €4,000 of bets, within 10 days. A UKGC-licensed site could ask no more than 10x the bonus — €1,000 here. On the 50% third step, the same rule works out at 60 times the bonus.

What happens if I bet more than €100 with a bonus?

The terms set a €100 maximum bet while a bonus is active. Placing a larger bet breaches the bonus rules, and the casino may treat any resulting winnings as invalid. The rule applies to every bet until wagering is complete. For comparison, UK-licensed online slots are limited to £5 a spin, or £2 for players aged 18 to 24.

Can I withdraw before finishing the wagering?

A withdrawal of your own real-money balance can be requested, but doing so while a bonus is active voids that bonus and any winnings from it. To keep the bonus, the wagering must be finished first. Either way, the daily withdrawal limit for the VIP tier still applies, and payouts are in EUR or another listed currency, not GBP.

Do UK bonus rules apply to these terms?

No. The casino is not shown as licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, so the UK’s 10x wagering cap (in force since 19 January 2026), the bans on credit cards and crypto, slot stake limits and GAMSTOP do not apply.
